01

The Situation

UNETEL is a membership association operating in a sector where credibility is currency. Institutional partners, member organisations, and public stakeholders all evaluate the association based partially on its public presence and its public presence was not doing the association any favours.

Website design that read as generic. Social media presence that felt intermittent. Brand identity that had not evolved with the organisation’s actual weight. Every touchpoint underdelivered against what the organisation was actually accomplishing behind the scenes.

02

The Diagnosis

The association had never articulated its strategic role publicly with clarity — what it stood for, who it served, and why members and partners should engage. The brand had been designed cosmetically. The strategy underneath it had never been named.

Without that underlying clarity, every design refresh would fail the same way. New logo, same problem. New website, same disconnect. The diagnosis was structural.

The client thought this was a design problem. It was not. It was a positioning problem being expressed through weak design outputs.
What we built

Three coordinated outputs.

01

Brand System

Refreshed identity anchored in a defined strategic positioning. Visual system built to signal the tier of institutional authority the association actually holds.

02

Website

Redesigned around a clear structure. Every page reflects a specific stakeholder need. Navigation logic maps to how members and partners actually think about the organisation.

03

Structured Social Strategy

Editorial framework tied to the association’s strategic objectives, not to generic content calendars. Every post reinforces positioning.

What changed

The digital presence finally matches the work.

✓

Clearer brand positioning that members, partners, and public stakeholders can recognise consistently.

✓

Improved online visibility across search and social.

✓

Stronger stakeholder credibility — the digital presence finally matches what the organisation is doing offline.

Verified performance numbers will be added once confirmed with the client.
